If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully to understand your rights and the process for returning products.
1. General Return Guidelines
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within this period, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item(s) must be in new, unused, and resellable condition.
- The item(s) must be in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and any accessories included.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) when initiating the return.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged due to misuse or improper care.
- Perishable items or products that are considered “final sale” (e.g., custom-made items, personal care products).
- Products purchased from third-party vendors or external marketplaces (such as Amazon or eBay).
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.
- Prepare the Package: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include any accessories, instructions, and labels that came with the product. Ensure the item(s) are securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
- Ship the Item: Return the item using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions. If the item is accepted, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, you can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team at info@coruglowunie.com to initiate the exchange process.
In most cases, the exchanged item will be processed as a return and a new purchase. Any price differences between the returned item and the exchanged item will be charged or refunded accordingly.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@coruglowunie.com with your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photographs of the item(s). We will work with you to arrange a return or replacement for the defective product.
In the case of damaged or defective items, return shipping costs will be covered by Coruglowunie, and we will ensure that you receive a full refund or a replacement at no extra charge.
7. Late Returns
Returns received after the 30-day return window may not be eligible for a refund. In some cases, we may offer a store credit or exchange based on the condition of the item and the circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with a late return.
8. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Please note that all shipping charges (including initial shipping fees and return shipping costs) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified.
9. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. International refunds will be processed in the same way as domestic returns, but please note that the refund amount may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Additionally, any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
